Hello hello and happy almost 4th of July Friday!
This weekend we’re taking our 4th of July celebrations on the road where we’ll be eating a whole lot of poke and Spam instead of the usual BBQ essentials. That didn’t keep me from celebrating early with the best grilled pork chops, deliciously fresh tabbouleh, grilled corn, and a simple tomato and burrata salad. What a way to start the weekend!
